Disclaimer

ramadanclock.com provides Ramadan and Eid countdowns, expected dates and estimated fasting times for general information.

Dates depend on official announcements

In most countries, the start of Ramadan and the day of Eid are confirmed only after the crescent moon is sighted or an official authority makes its announcement. Until then, the dates on this site are expectations based on the Umm al-Qura calendar, published calendars and astronomical calculation. The final date in your country may be one day earlier or later.

Prayer and fasting times are estimates

Sehri, imsak and iftar times shown on this site are calculated estimates, rounded to 5 minutes. For fasting and prayer, please follow the timetable of your local mosque or the official authority in your country.

Holidays

Public holiday information is based on official notices and news reports available at the time of writing. Governments and employers may change holiday arrangements, so check the official notice or your workplace before making travel plans.

Not a religious ruling

Nothing on this site is a fatwa or religious ruling. For questions about fasting, please ask a qualified scholar or your local imam.
